What is Aurkhem?

Aurkhem is the first world by Eliza — one of the regions in a larger cosmology that will unfold across chapters and collections over the coming years. Five other region exist in the World. They have not yet been revealed. The pieces in this collection are the pieces from Aurkhem, made wearable. Each piece is the actual object the character wears in the story, designed alongside the writing.

What makes ELIZA different?

Eliza's pieces are written before they are made.

Most jewelry is made to be looked at. Eliza's pieces are made to be recognized.

Every piece in every collection comes from a story — not inspired by one, but written first, as a passion literature of the founder, before the object is made to life. The characters in the story carry these relics. The pieces you wear are the same objects, made real.

When you choose a piece, you are choosing an identity that already exists in the World. The characters did the same. That is the point.

We are a small team. Every batch is limited by what our hands can make in a month — currently no more than 50 pieces per month. We do not mass produce.

We use 925 sterling silver, solid gold, 18k gold vermeil and lab-grown gemstones. Lab-grown because the stone is real — same composition, same structure, same weight — and because we will not source from supply chains we cannot verify. Our materials are honest. We will tell you what is in the piece and we will not exaggerate it.

Ten percent (10%) of our monthly profits go to elderly communities. We started with communities in the Philippines. Our vision is larger — we want to reach aged communities across Asia and eventually across the world — but we are starting where we can be honest about what we are actually doing. We believe the people who built the world deserve to be remembered by it. This is not a marketing decision. It is the only thing we agreed on before we agreed on anything else about the brand.

How do I know a piece is authentic?

Every ELIZA piece carries a hidden technical signature that can't be reproduced by mass-production molds. Each order also ships with a Certificate of Authenticity. All shipments require a signature on delivery to protect both our customers and our pieces being sent out.

What is the Founding Edition?

The first 50 of each piece are the Founding Edition.

Each Founding piece carries Eliza's signature mark 'hidden' engraved. Each Founding piece ships with a numbered card — #X / 50, written by hand, signed by the Founder.

Once the Founding 50 of a piece are sold, the standard edition continues. The standard edition is the same piece — same materials, same craft, same form. What it does not have is a number or the ELIZA signature.

There will not be a second Founding for these pieces (unless we drop it as a surprise so stay tuned!). The next Founding will belong to the next collection.

What is a Founding Price?

Founding pricing is the price the founding edition is offered at. After the founding edition closes (when the 50 pieces sell out) pricing for the standard edition will be reset.

Where do your materials come from?

All materials and gemstones are ethically sourced and conflict-free. We work directly with our suppliers and keep that relationship transparent.

Do you offer pieces in solid gold or with different stones?

Yes, but not through the public catalogue.

The standard collection is rendered in 925 sterling silver with 18k gold vermeil (sometimes solid gold, if available) and lab-grown stones. These materials allow us to keep the work hand-made, limited, and within reach for the founding buyers who want to buy our pieces.

For collectors who wish to commission pieces in archival materials — solid gold in higher karats, platinum, natural untreated gemstones of specific origin and provenance, antique stones, hand-engraving, or bespoke configurations — these executions are available privately.

Each commission is made one at a time, in direct conversation with the maker. Materials, configuration, and timeline are discussed individually. Pricing is set per commission and is not published.

Where does the 10% go?

Ten percent of monthly profit funds care for elderly communities in Asia — specifically, organizations that support older people who do not have family or institutional resources to rely on.

We chose this cause because the people who built the worlds we live in are the ones our culture forgets first. The brand was founded to write stories that matter; the giving is the part of that work that does not get written.

We will publish where the funds went, by quarter, on the website. The first report will be at the end of the quarter post-launch.

We're currently in the process of finalizing partnerships with reputable organizations in this space. If you'd like updates as we lock these in, send us an email and we'll keep you posted.

How often do new Collection drops?

There's no fixed schedule.

Chapter II to III are being written and are expected to release in late 2026. New pieces release when the story warrants new pieces - sometimes alongside a chapter, sometimes between chapters, occasionally not at all for several months. We do not run seasonal collections. We do not chase trends.

Subscribers will be told first. Join The Collective to be notified first. We drop Chapter teasers for our citizens!

Does my order come with a box?

Yes, every order includes the standard ELIZA Box at no cost. The Archive Box, a premium keepsake version, is available as an upgrade at checkout or by request.

What is The Collective?

What is your shipping policy?

Each piece is made to order. Here's the timeline once you place an order today:

Production: 2–6 weeks
Shipping: 3–5 business days (international delivery times may vary)
Complimentary worldwide shipping on every order
Signature required on delivery for all shipments

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery subject to review. The piece must be unworn and in original condition, returned with the Certificate of Authenticity, ELIZA Box, and all original packaging.
